Hannah’s Story
The Flame That Started It All
I’m Hannah Steinberg, and for me, glass is more than a material — it’s a medium of light, emotion, and timeless beauty. My journey began in a small art class where molten glass first caught my eye. That first spark led me through years of hands-on exploration, formal training, and a deep dive into color theory and design.
Inspired by nature, architecture, and the movement of light, I founded Stein Glass Design to share this magic with others. Every piece I create carries a bit of my story—imperfect, luminous, alive.
Studio Philosophy
Glass With Soul & Purpose
At Stein Glass Design, we believe in creating art with intention. Every design is handcrafted using responsibly sourced glass and eco-conscious processes. We use recycled materials whenever possible, and no two pieces are ever exactly alike.
Our glass is kiln-fired and hand-finished in small batches, ensuring a high level of detail and durability. We embrace the slow, deliberate pace of handmade artistry — because beauty deserves time.

Behind the Scenes
Inside the Studio
Our studio is a vibrant space where creativity meets craftsmanship. Watch the fire dance as molten glass is shaped, cut, fused, and cooled. From sketching concepts to firing the final piece, every step is done in-house.
You’re also welcome to visit by appointment, or during one of our seasonal open studio events.
